RTD, in simple words, is the total time period within which a seller has to get his products prepared for dispatch. This doesn’t just affect the seller’s performance ratings but it also might lead to the customers cancelling the order.
Returns: Frequent returns can lead to the delisting of your account.
Seller cancellation: The seller cancellation rate should not exceed 0.5%. If you cross this threshold, you are liable to be charged an additional commission fee depending on whether you cancelled before/after marking RTD.
Pick up reattempts: This rate shouldn't exceed 3%. May affect your performance.
When you sell on Green Delight, the better you perform, the more benefits you can enjoy. Your performance is evaluated and rewarded on the basis of this you are categorized as a Bronze seller, Silver seller or Gold seller. This rating is valid for a period of 90 days and once you achieve all the criteria for the next tier, it will be upgraded.
